Equity and Social Justice Symposium

Carroll University’s 6th Annual Equity and Social Justice Symposium , reflects our commitment to fostering meaningful and transformative learning experiences that support our mission of creating a more socially just campus community. This year’s theme, “Civility and Democracy,” invites us to explore how each of us can contribute to a campus culture that values respectful engagement and collective responsibility. As we work together toward becoming a more inclusive and equitable organization, this program will provide tools, resources, and skills to help us all play a role in this important work. When we prioritize civility and democracy, we create a stronger, more connected community—one where everyone feels empowered to contribute.

In the days leading up to the symposium, there will be two cultural events hosted on Carroll’s campus. The goal of the events is to highlight the richness of the world’s culture as well as the unique cultures represented on Carroll’s campus.
